Contact Mapping is a personal CRM that helps users build meaningful relationships through intentional connection. Initially launched as a mobile MVP based on the founder’s methodology, it evolved into a multi-platform product with a passionate user base, live coaching, and training services.
I joined as the first designer and helped expand the product from a narrow, founder-led concept into a scalable ecosystem. Over four years, I led the design of mobile, web, and browser experiences while shaping the product strategy, evolving our design systems, and building feedback loops that made users active contributors.

Working on Contact Mapping challenged me to balance platform consistency with user-led adaptability. It was a rare opportunity to grow something from an mvp to a multi-platform product. But what stayed with me the most was the community. Over time, I became a familiar face to many of our users, they’d celebrate when I joined a feedback session, and openly shared both struggles and wins. Being welcomed into their world reminded me that the best design work is relational, not just transactional.
